2 medium potatoes2 Tbsp canola oil1/4 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp paprika1 dash salt
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Slice potatoes in quarters lengthwise, then slice each quarter into approximately 4 1/2 inch thick pieces.
Put potatoes in a bowl, coat with canola oil, paprika, garlic, and salt. Using a clean hand mix well to ensure even coating of oil and spices.
Coat small baking sheet with cooking spray, then spread fries over the baking sheet in a single layer, ensuring a bit of space between each piece.
Bake for 20 minutes or until frieds are golden brown.
