Chicken and Dumplings (bisquick dumplings)

18 oz boiled boneless chicken breasts (about 2 lbs frozen)1/4 cup flour2 cup heart smart bisquick4 cup chicken less sodium broth4 tsp chicken bouillon 10 cups waatersalt and pepper to taste
Boil chicken in 10 cups of water. Once boiled remove chicken and shred or cut up. Add chicken back to pot along with chicken broth, bouillon and salt and pepper. Mix Bisquick mix and milk, roll out and cut dumplings. I cut into small strips. I toss them in the flour so they do not stick and helps thicken the broth also. Cook until the dumplings are done. Makes about 15 one cup servings.
