No Bake Pumpkin Pie Cookies

Ingredients
Almonds (whole, raw, Kirkland brand), 8 oz Trader Joe's Raw Pecan Pieces, 1 cup Medjool dates, 10 date, pitted Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin (1/2 cup), 1 serving Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp Ginger, ground, .25 tsp Cloves, ground, .25 tsp
Directions
In a food processor grind up Nuts and spices. Then add pitted dates and pulse. Finally add pumpkin and pulse until a dough ball forms. Then roll into balls 10-12 and place in the refrigerator for 30-60 mins. You can flatten them to look like a cookie if you like. store in the refrigerator in a airtight container.
