Cucumber and Tomato Salad

Directions
1 lg. cucumber diced1 med-lg. tomato diced1 sm-med onion diced2 cups water5 tbsp. vinegar (or to taste)Salt (to taste)Black Pepper (to taste)
Place diced vegetables into bowl. Add vinegar, water, salt, pepper. Mix. Refrigerate to marinate.
Goes great with spaghetti!
