1 lb. lean ground beef1/4 lb. chopped mushrooms1 medium onion, chopped3/4 cup italian bread crumbs1 egg1 1/4 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper3/4 cup skim milk8 oz. reduced fat cheddar cheese chunk, cubed
Directions
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
