Stuffed acorn squash

Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey1 bell pepper1 onion1 cup mushroomearth balance butterstovetop stuffing2 acorn squash
Directions
Cut both squash in half and core out seeds
place on cookie sheet face down and bake 375 degree's

mix rest of stuff (meat first) together in frying pan

After acorn cooks for 50 minutes stuff with turkey mixture and throw back in oven for 10 minutes.
