Oven Roasted Parmesan Potatoes

Ingredients
4 russet potatoes1/4 cup oil1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp paprika1/4 tsp pepper2 t parsley1/4 cup Parmesan
Directions
Preheat oven to 450. Cut potatoes in 1/2. Cut each half into 3.
soak in ice water for 30 min. Dry with paper towels.

Combine spices in a ziplock bag. Add potatoes and toss. Add 1/4 oil and toss.

Bake onparchment paper for 30-35 minutes.

Combine parsley and cheese. Toss with potatoes.
