Cold Mexican Salad

Ingredients
1 can black beans1 can corn1 Can diced tomatos w/chilis1 can diced chilis (small can)1 can chicken (9 oz can)1/4 c. lime juice2 tbsp. cilantro (fresh, chopped)1 tsp. cumin1 tsp. pepper2 avacados, chopped
Directions
1. Drain and rinse black beans, corn, and chicken. Combine in bowl
2. Drain chilis and tomatos w/chilis, add to mix in bowl
3. Add remaining ingredients except avacados to bowl and mix well
4. Add avacados and combine until just mixed.
5. Serve and enjoy

Serving Size: makes 4 almost two cup servings
