Ingredients
Beans, white, 460 grams Onions, raw, 0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Garlic, 4 cloves *Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 1.5 cup Pork Tenderloin, 16 oz *Smoked Pork Rib Tips, 16 oz*Cumin seed, 1 tsp *laurel, 0.5 oz Thyme, ground, 1 tsp Salt, 3 tbsp Water, tap, 4 cup to cook the beans and 4 cups to the rest of the recipe (8 fl oz)*Pork Sausage, 1 link (raw dimensions: 4" long x 7/8 Olive Oil, 3 tbsp Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 0.5 oz Achiote, 1 teaspoon
Directions
In the night, soak the white beans in the water with a pinch of baking soda (This will prevent stomachaches and gases). In the morning next day, wash the beans with tap water and cook them until they are soft. When they are soft wash them again with tap water. Reserve In the meantime chop the onion, the garlic and fry them with the olive oil. Add the pork meats and let it fry also to seal. Add a little salt, cumin, laurel, thyme, and a teaspoon of "achiote" pre-soaked with a little hot water (2 or 3 tablespoons). Mix the "achiote" with the tomato sauce and pour it on the meat and everything else. Add the white beans now. To thicken the sauce, add the bread crumbs and let it boil for 10 or 15 minutes.
