Cheesy Pasta

2 oz. Pasta of your choice1 oz. Reduced Fat Cheese, grated (I used kraft 2% cheddar)1.5 Tbsp fat free half and half3 Tbsp finely chopped onion1 clove garlic, minced1 tsp dijon mustardsalt and pepper to taste
cook pasta according to directions on package.
in a non-stick skillet, saute onion and garlic in cooking spray and a bit of water or broth until soft. add half and half, cheese and dijon and stir to combine. *make sure pasta is done and drained upon arriving at this point*
add pasta and stir to coat, then enjoy and say bye bye to your cheese craving!
