TURKEY BREAKFAST PATTIES

Ingredients
1 lb 93% Lean Ground Turkey.5 tsp cayenne pepper.5 tsp black pepper.5 tsp ground sage.5 tsp salt
Directions
Crumble turkey into a large bowl and combine with seasonings.

Shape into eight 2-2.5-inch patties.

Spray skillet with non-stick spray. Cook patties in skillet over medium heat until meat is no longer pink (about 4-6 minutes per side).

Makes 8 patties, 1 pattie per serving
