Ingredients
Raw Shrimp with skin onTomatoOnion CucumberGarlicCilantroAvocadoTomatoe SauceSalt to tasteLemon Juice to taste
Directions
Boil shrimp in 1 liter of lightly salted water. Once they are done remove shrimp and save broth in pan. Remove shell. Place shrimp back in cooled broth. After you have chopped the rest of the ingredients add to broth. Add tomatoe sauce, salt to taste, and lemon juice. Enjoy with saltines!
