Roasted Butternut Squash & Apples

Ingredients
Ingredients:Butternut Squash, 4 cup, cubes (remove)Butter, salted, 2 tbsp (remove)Curry powder, 1 tsp (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 0.5 tsp (remove)Nutmeg, ground, 0.125 tsp (remove)*Great Value Iodized Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple, 2 serving (remove)Maple Grove Farms 100% Pure Maple Syrup, 2 tbsp (remove)*Apple Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Add buter and spiced with cubed Squash. Microwave for 3 minutes. Toss cubed apples with vinegar and syrup. Add to squash. Baked at 375* for approx. 30 minutes.
