Garlic and Butter Baked Haddock

Ingredients
Haddock (fish), 21 oz Butter, salted, 3 tbsp Garlic, 3 cloves Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, .2 cupOlive Oil, 2 tbsp
Directions
melt butter, olive oil and garlic (I nuke it in the microwave).

dip fresh fish in melted butter to coat, place in glass cooking dish and cover with remaining butter mixture.

add bread crumbs

bake at 425 for 20 minutes or until fish is flaky white
