Ingredients
1 medium Banana2 large eggs 1 t cinnamon1/2 cup fresh blueberries
Directions
Mash banana, mix with eggs and cinnamon. Scoop 2 Tbsp into skilled sprayed with Pam. Cook until browned on each side. Plate. Top with blueberries. Enjoy!
