1 cup old fashioned oats1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking sodadash salt1 tbsp cinnamon1 tsp nutmeg1 tsp cloves1 tsp allspice1/3 cup brown sugar2 tbsp melted butter1 1/2 cup canned pumpkin1 egg1 snack size sugar free natural applesauce1 tsp vanilla3/4 raisins
Mix flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, salt, spices and brown sugar in large bowl. In separate bowl mix melted butter, pumpkin, egg, applesauce and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients until moist. Fold in raisins.
Bake 350 deg for about 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
