Mocha Cake in a Mug for One

2 tbsp. whole wheat flour2 tbsp. Splenda sugar substitute1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder2 tsp instant coffee granules1 egg white made from Deb El Just Whites3 tbsp. fat free milk1 tsp canola oil2 tsp mini semisweet chocolate chips1 tbsp. thawed lite Cool Whip
1. Combnine flour, sugar, 1 tbsp. cocoa and coffee granules in a large ceramic* microwavable mug; mix well. Whisk egg white, milk and oil in a small bowl until well blended.
Stir into dry mixture until smooth. Fold in chips.
2. Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes. Let stand 1-2 minutes before serving. Top with whipped topping and additional cocoa sprinkled on top, if desired
