2 eggs1 3/4 cup splenda1 Tbsp cinnamon 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce 6 medium apples (Gala work) peel, core, slice 2 cups flour 2 teaspoons baking soda
Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, mix eggs, splenda, cinnamon and applesauce. Peel and slice the apples and add to mixture (keep apples moist with batter to help with browning.) Mix together baking soda and flour in separate bowl then add to wet ingredients. Mix well making sure flour is completely mixed in. Pour mixture into 2 greased 9 round pans or spring form. Bake for approximately 55 minutes.
