Red Pepper Cheese Spread or dip

Ingredients
3 oz. aged cheddar cheese, crumbled3 oz. Mexican queso, or other mild cheese, crumbled3 roasted red peppers, jarred or homemade
Directions
Put all the ingredients into a blender container and blend until smooth. Use as a spread or dip.

Serving Size: Makes about 1 1/2 cups (about 12 2-tablespoon servings)
