Mochiko (Rice Flour)Package of Jello - Orange (you can substitute any flavor)WaterSugarVanilla Extract
Dissolve Jello and sugar in HOT WATER. Add Mochiko (Rice Flour) and stir thoroughly with a wire whisk. Ann VANILLA. Pour into greased or sprayed 9 inch microwaveable pan. Cover pan with plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes. Stop and turn pan and microwave on HIGH for another 4 minutes. Remove plastic wrap and place uncovered pan in area to cool. Turn over onto a dusted with Mochiko board to finish cooling. Cut into pieces. You may need to dust your knife to cut cleanly. Once cut, turn each piece in the Mochiko to make sure they are covered/dusted on all sides. This will prevent them from sticking to one another.
Store in cool area. No need to refrigerate.
