Ingredients
Jennie-O Turkey - Ground Turkey Breast 16 ozRed Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz), 0.25 cup *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .25 cup, chopped*Athenos Reduced Fat Feta Cheese, 1 oz
Directions
Chop the onion & red peppers and saute until soft. Mix into the ground turkey. Split it into 8 equal portions and make patties of them. Put a tablespoon of feta cheese in the center of 4 of the patties. Top each of the cheese stuffed patties with another patty and crimp the edges. Fry, broil or grill until the meat is cooked.
