Healthy Fruit Smoothie

6 ice cubes1 can frozen juice concentrate (any juice, try to keep away from any with high fructose corn syrup)I cup fresh fruit (bananas, berries, or peaches/tangerines work best)1 cup lite yogurt, any flavor1/2 cup milk1 cup frozen berries
In a blender, blend all incredients (must be a large blender, otherwise blend ingredients in half amounts listed) until combined. May need to pulse blender to get ice cubes and frozen berries to go through. If needed, may thaw frozen berries a bit and crush ice cubes. May need to add more milk to smooth puree process.
Mixture should be thick, but mostly pureed, and drinkable. Garnish with fresh mint if desired. Serves 6, about 1 cup each.
