2 bags frozen broccoli florets2 bags frozen cauliflower florets1 can cheddar cheese soup1 can cream of chicken soup1/4 cup milk6 slices of bread1 can of french fried onion rings1/2 stick of butter/margarine
Cook the broccoli and cauliflower. Slice and cube the bread. Melt the butter and pour that over the bread cubes. Mix the soups and milk in separate bowl.
In a 9x13 pan put the cooked vegetables in the pan. Pour the soup mixture over the top of the vegetables. Put the cubed bread over the top of the vegetables and soup mixture then top the pan with the french fried onion rings. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
