Cabbage & Beef Casserole

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. ground beef2 medium onions, chopped1 clove of garlic, crushed1 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper1 can 14oz. tomato sauce1 cup water 1 tbs. beef Bovril1/2 cup uncooked long grain rice1 small cabbage (4cups)
Directions
In a large skillet, cook beef until meat loses it's red color. Stir in onions, garlic, salt, pepper, tomato sauce and water. Bring to a boil and stir in the rice and cabbage. Cover and simmer about 20 minutes or until the rice and cabbage are both tender.
Makes about 6 servings.
