Crust less egg white quiche

Ingredients
15 oz fat free ricotta16 oz liquid egg whites.25 c Parmesan cheese.25 c milk1 c cooked quinoa1 can diced tomatoesTomato, basil, garlic dry seasoning
Directions
Mix eggs whites and ricotta
Add milk, Parmesan, and seasonings

In a 9x9 baking dish, mix together quinoa (cooled) and tomatoes. Then pour egg-cheese mixture over, stir together

Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes or until cooked through
