Raw Banana Walnut Oatmeal

1 1/3 cups of oat groats or steel cut oats, soaked 12 hours or overnight, rinsed and drained well3 bananas1 teaspoon of cinnamon1/2 teaspoon of vanillaa pinch of salt1/2 cup of almond milk plus a little1/3 cup of chopped walnutsmaple syrup
Place the oats, 2 of the bananas, the cinnamon, vanilla, salt, and a splash of milk, in the food processor. Pulse until combined but chunky. Divide into 3 bowls. Place in the dehydrator (or oven, set on warm), for an hour.
After the hour, remove from dehydrator and stir the oatmeal. Add a splash of milk, 3 slices of banana, a third of the walnuts, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a drizzle of maple syrup. (Do not stir before serving.)
Serving Size: Makes 3 hearty servings.
