Ingredients
All-purpose flourWhite whole wheat flourBaking powderSaltPumpkin, cookedMilk, 2%EggsBrown sugarCinnamonGingerNutmegGround flaxseed
Directions
Mix both flours, baking powder, and salt. In a different mixing bowl combine pumpkin, milk, eggs, brown sugar, spices, and flax seed. Add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture. Spray muffin tin with canola oil. Spoon muffin mix into muffin tin. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.
