Caramel Dip and Fruit

Ingredients
3 oz. Cream Cheese1/4 C. Brown Sugar1/2 tsp. Vanilla2 tbsp. lemon juice (to dip apple slices in to prevent browning.)2 applesGrapes
Directions
1. Unwrap cream cheese and place in medium mixing bowl
2. Add the brown sugar and vanilla
3. Mix with portable electric mixer until completley blended.
4. Use scraper to scrape caramel dip from the beaters and to transfer the dip into a small bowl.
5. Wash the apples and the grapes by rinsing under cold water.
6. Pour the lemon juice into another small bowl
7. Core and slice the apples,leave on the peelings
8. Dip the apple slices into the lemon juice and then place them on the serving plate.
9. Remove the grapes from the stem and also place them on the serving plate.
10. Place the serving spoon into the dish with the dip. Place both the dip and the fruit plate on the table.
11. Eat and Enjoy!
