Ingredients
1 egg white2 tablespoons 2% cottage cheese1 1/2 tablespoon tapioca flour1 1/2 tablespoon millet flour1 tablespoon brown rice flour1/4 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon baking powderherbs if desired
Directions
Thoroughly mix egg white and cottage cheese either in mini blender or with a whisk. Add dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Pour into ramekin. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes
