WET INGREDIENTS:Almond Milk (I used 365 unsweetened organic vanilla)2 whole eggs, pastured, extra large3 Tbsp Ground flax (mix it in here)Splash (3 oz) organic whole milk yogurt, grass-fedDry ingredients:1 tsp pink salt1/4 tsp aluminum-free baking powder1 1/2 c Bob's Red Mill Organic Scottish Oats1/2 c organic brown sugar2 Tbs organic cinnamon
Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix together wet ingredients and flax, set aside.
Mix together dry ingredients.
Combine wet and dry ingredients and pour into bread pan.
Bake at 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until toothpick when inserted comes clean from center.
Serving Size: Makes 8 thick slices of bread.
