Ingredients
1 Lb Lean ground turkey1 Package McCormick sloppy joe mix1 can (6oz) tomato paste1 1/4 cups water
Directions
Brown Ground turkey in large skillet on medium heat. Drain Fat.
Stir in seasoning mix, tomato paste and water.
Bring contents to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Makes 8 servings

    This was super yummy! We accidentally bought fairly LARGE Whole Wheat Buns and so ended up having it serve 6 instead of 8... but next time I make it I will use regular buns to make sure that the serving portion is correct! I think I will add a bit of garlic too! Simple & easy! What's not to love? - 3/24/08
