Ingredients
1 cup raw broccoli10 baby carrots1 onion sliced1 can mushrooms drained2 chicken breast cubed small pieces 1 Tbls red wine vinegar1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp ginger powder2 Tbls butter2 Tbls oil
Directions
cook brown rice separate.
Melt oil and butter together. Add the vegetables and cook still semi tender. Adding seasoning as you cook.
