Cauliflower-Cheddar Quiche

Ingredients
Cream Cheese, 4 oz (remove)Heavy Whipping Cream, 0.50 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) (remove)Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large (remove)Bacon, pork, microwaved, 3 medium slices, cooked (raw product packed 20/lb) (remove)Cauliflower, raw, 580 (Cooked)Mushrooms, fresh, 180 (remove)Onions, raw, 150 (remove)Cheddar Cheese, Tillamook All Natural Sharp Cheddar (1 oz), 3 serving (remove)*Johnny's Seasoned Salt (1/4 tsp), 2 serving (remove)Pepper, black, 4 dash (remove)Nutmeg, ground, .25 tsp (remove)
Directions
Dice mushrooms, bacon and onions. Cook the mushrooms in a dry, nonstick skillet until they begin to soften and brown. Add bacon, cook for a few minutes until the bacon is almost done, add onion. When onions are soft, add cream cheese to melt in, stir. Add cauliflower, salt & pepper and mix well. Pour into a buttered pie plate.

Mix eggs with cream nutmeg, mix well and pour over mixture.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
