Easy Low Carb meatloaf muffins

Ingredients
1 lb ground chuck1/4 egg beaters1 can Hunts Tomato Meatloaf sauce1/4 c chopped onion1/4 c chopped bell pepper6 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Place in muffin cups. (I coat mine with pan spray) Place in the oven for 35-40 minutes until internal temp is 165.
