1 T. extra virgin olive oil,1 c. onions chopped 2carrots sliced 2 celery stalks chopped, saute. add in kettle 1 32 oz. low sodium chicken broth,1 14oz 98% fat can of cream of chicken ,1/2 c.whipping cream 2c. water cook for 5 min add 3c. cheese torillini ,2 med chopped potatoes 4c.fresh spinach 2c.sliced mushrooms tsp. black pepper,tsp.red pepper cook till potatoes are tender
saute onions,celery, carrots till tender in olive oil ,put water, chicken broth ,cream of chicken ,whipping cream in large kettle cook for 5min add in tortillini ,vegatables, spinach, mushroom,chopped potatoes add black pepper red pepper cook until potatoes are tender
