Healthy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Muffins

1 Cup PB21 Egg8 tsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend1/3 Cup Splenda Sweetner1 Cup Light Soymilk1 1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour1 TBS Baking Powder10 Pieces Hershey Sugar Free Chocolate
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Grease muffin tins or line with paper cups
With electric mixer, beat peanut butter, egg, and sugars until smooth.
Add milk in 3 parts, mixing between additions to blend.
Add flour and baking powder and mix just until flour disappears. Beat in crushed chocolate chunks.
Spoon into muffin cups and bake about 20 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
Serving Size: Makes 12 muffins
