Minute Tapioca Pudding

1/3 c sugar3 tbsp Minute Tapioca 2 3/4 c 2% milk1 egg, ell beaten1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix sugar,tapioca, milk and egg in medium sauce pan and let stand 5 minutes
Cook on Medium heat, stiring constantly, until mixture comes to a full boil (pudding thickns as it cools). Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Cool 20 minutes, stir. Serve warm or chilled. store leftover puddng in refrigerator.
