wilt chopped fresh spinach in panspray glass casserole dish with olive oil spray and preheat oven to 350 degreeswhip 6 fresh eggs and 1/2 cup egg whiteswith fork, spread spinach in bottom of dishsprinkle crumbled feta cheesepour egg mixture evenly over spinach and fetasprinkle 1/4 cup shredded cheese and 2 tbsp nutritional yeast on top and lightly mix into mixturebake 20mins until set
