Savory onion bread

Add to bread machine in this order: 1 packet yeast1 tsp sugar1 T extra-virgin olive oil1 1/2 c warm water3.5 cups bread flour1 tsp salt1 T powdered soy milk1/3 c. onion flakes 2 T black onion seeds (kalonji)1/4 c. finely chopped spring onion (green part only)
Set machine to dough setting.
When it's done, let rise fully, then weigh and cut into 16 equal pieces. Shape into round buns and let rise for another 30 minutes, covered with a clean tea towel and set on a cookie sheet.
Bake in a preheated 350F oven for 15 minutes or until light to medium brown.
Serving Size: 16 small dinner-roll sized buns
