1# ground Diestel turkey thigh1 tbsp organic extra virgin olive oil2 sm organic onions, diced2 tbsp ground organic cumin2 tbsp garlic granules1/2 tsp ground organic cayenne pepper4 tbsp organic spelt flour1 lg organic potato, sliced & quartered1 med organic potato, sliced & quartered6 med organic carrots, sliced & quartered1 sm organic head of cabbage, chopped5 oz polska kielbasa, sliced and quartered1 can (14.5oz) Muir GlenĀ® organic fire roasted diced tomatoes~1/4 c filtered water
Brown the turkey meat and diced onions in the olive oil. Meanwhile clean, peel, and cut up the potatoes, carrots, and cabbage. Once the cooked turkey mixture has cooled a bit, mix in the flour, cayenne pepper, cumin, and garlic. In the crockpot, place the potatoes on bottom then add the meat mixture. Add the rest of the ingredients in no particular order. Cook on low for 10-12 hours.
