Vanishing Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 pound (2 sticks) I can't believe its not butter1 cup firmly packed brown sugar1/2 cup Splenda2 eggs1 tsp vanilla.75 cup Wheat Flour.75 cup All Purpose Flour1 tsp Baking soda1 tsp Cinnamon1/2 tsp salt3 cups Quaker Oats (old fashioned, uncooked)
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat together butter and sugars until creamy.
Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
Add combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; mix well.
Stir in oats; mix well.
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to wire rack.
Makes about 4 dozen cookies!
