Slow Cooker Chicken Thighs with Mushrooms and Sun Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients
4 bone in skinless chicken thighssalt and pepper1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced1/4 cup julienne cut sun dried tomatoes1/4 cup chicken broth1/4 cup white wine2 Tablespoons fresh basil, chopped1 clove of garlic, minced
Directions
Sprinkle Chicken with salt and pepper. Transfer to slow cooker. Add mushrooms, minced garlic and sun dried tomatoes. Pour in broth and wine. Top with 1 tablespoon of chopped basil. Cook on High for 4 hours.
Taste and adjust salt and pepper. Serve Chicken with sauce, topped with remaining chopped basil.
