Ingredients
parsley, 3 cups chopped very finescallions, 1 cup finely choppedtomatoes, 2 large finely choppedbulgar, 1 cup dry soaked in 2 cups (or more) warm watersalt, 1 tsp to tastepepper, 1/2 tsp to tastelemon juice, 1 -2 large
Directions
I do not add olive oil to my version to cut down on the calories. I scoop up the salad with delicious Arabic pita bread - the thinner the better. Of if you like a crunch, toast stale pita bread and scoop up the salad.
