Macaroni & Cheese with Broccoli

Ingredients
6 oz whole wheat elbow macaroni10 oz frozen chopped broccoli1 cup skim milk1 T cornstarch1/4 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp ground black pepper2 oz Velveeta cheese product, cubed2 wedges Laughing Cow light swiss cheese, cubed1/4 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Cook pasta and broccoli according to package directions.

Meanwhile, whisk together milk and cornstarch in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer and cook until sauce coats the back of a spoon. Add garlic powder, black pepper, and cheeses. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is silky.

Combing the drained pasta, broccoli, and cheese sauce. Serve immediately.
