1/4 cup Orange Juice2 Tbsp Oil2 Tbsp light Soy Sauce1 Tbsp Lemon Juice1 Clove Garlic, Minced1/2 tsp Ginger1/8 tsp Black Pepper2 lb Grouper
Combine sauce ingredients. Marinade fish for at least 30 minutes. Place fish on a lightly oiled grill and cook over high heat. (you can cook on a stove top as well if grill not available). Brush fish with marinade frequently while cooking. Take remaining marinade and boil on stove for 2 minutes to use as extra sauce for fish or to serve on rice!
