Organic All-Purpose White Flour, 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup Salt (table), .5 tsp. Baking Soda, .5 tsp.Baking Powder, 2 tsp.Non-Fat Dry Milk Powder 2/3 cupOatmeal (plain), 0.33 cup dry Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed Raisins, .5 cup (not packed) Cranberries, dried, sweetened 0.5 cup Whole Egg, 3Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 8 tbsp.Molasses, .5 cup Orange Juice, .75 cup Banana, fresh, 1 cup, mashed
Preheat oven to 325ºF.
In a large bowl, combine first ten ingredients.
In a medium bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
Add wet ingredients to dry.
Spray muffin pans with non-stick spray.
Serving Size: makes 24 muffins or two loaves
