Ingredients
6 small or medium potatoes (or 3 big ones) 2 eggssalt, peppercreme fraiche
Directions
grate the potatoes into a mash lookalike mass ever with a grate, or special machine, or a juice maker (a bit messy, but faster than by hand if you don't have a special machine. I don't, so I used the juice maker and then mixed liquid and mash together. Don't forget the stuff that sinks to the bottom).
Add 2 eggs into the mash and some salt and pepper.
Mix everything, heat the pan and pour big tablespoon size of mash onto it. (there should be about 6 fitting onto the pan, depending on your pan size)
fry one side, then turn them and after the other side is nicely golden brown, they should be ready (bout 3-5 minutes on each side).
Serve them with some creme fraiche, or sour cream.

Serving Size: makes 2 portions (about 10-12 pancakes)
