1/2 C. lukewarm water1 tsp. sugar1 Tbsp. dry yeast1/4 C. water2 Tbsp. olive oil1 Tbsp. Splenda2 Cups whole wheat flour
Put 1/2 cup warm water in medium sized bowl, stir in 1 tsp. sugar and 1 Tbsp. yeast -cover and put in warm place to rise for 12 minutes. Add remaining water, oil and sugar and gradually work in 2 cups flour. Knead for about 3 minutes and then place in greased bowl and cover and put in warm place to rise for an hour. When doubled - flatten the dough out to fit either one large pizza pan or 4 small pans and put in warm place to rise for another hour.
When risen top with sauce - either commercial or home made - toppings and bake at 425 degrees F. for 15 minutes for small pizzas and 30 minutes for a large one. Serves 4 and this can be frozen either before or after cooking.

I just got a new WW cookbook and I was so excited to find that you had already imput this for me! haha
I actually cut this recipe in half for a large dinner for myself. I made my own sauce/paste then feta and white shredded cheese and finnally lots of mushrooms and turkey Peps.Yummy!!!Very big to - 12/31/09
