Ingredients
1lb 99% ff ground turkey2 cans black beans1c uncooked brown rice*avocado or salsa if desired
Directions
Cook the brown rice according to package directions
Drain and rinse the black beans
Brown the turkey and add taco seasoning and water according to package directions
Layer 2/3 c rice in the bottom of a bowl
Add 1/2 c beans on top
Add 4oz turkey taco mix on top

Serving Size: makes 4 servings of 2/3 cup rice with 1/2 cup beans and 4 oz turkey
