Bob's Red Mill Organic Whole Grain Quinoa (1/4 C dry = 1/2 C), 1.5 cup (remove)Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large (remove)Almond Breeze Almond coconut milk unsweetened, .50 cup (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)*Almond Extract, 1 tsp (remove)Truvia Natural Sweetener, 1 serving (remove)Almond Butter, 2 tbsp (remove)
Cook Quinoa according to directions and let cool. Add cinnamon and extract and stir. In another bowl beat the eggs with the milk and then combine with the quinoa. Bake for 25 minutes. Cut into 6 squares. Each square can be served with 1 tsp. Almond butter.
